Camera & object tracking
Camera movement, rigid-object motion and proxy scene geometry referenced to the plate.
Camera reconstruction and lens workflow
Rigid objects and vehicle motion
Roads, architecture and environment proxies
3DEqualizer4, PFTrack and SynthEyes for tracking; Autodesk Maya for scene geometry and validation. Nuke prepares outputs, with Autodesk RV for review and Flow Production Tracking integration for production handoffs.
Character and body animation built around the timing, silhouette and contact visible in your footage.
Body and character matching
Ground contact and scene interaction
Editable animation for the agreed rig
Autodesk Maya for rig-based body and character matching through the tracked camera. Review silhouettes, timing and contact in Autodesk RV, with Nuke supporting plate and output preparation.
Akhil S Kumar and Sachin IP lead the team at TrackArc FX.
Our artists bring hands-on experience from film, television and commercial productions to TrackArc FX.
That experience shapes how we approach each shot: understanding the photography, building a reliable 3D foundation and preparing work the next artist can use.
The tools follow the shot and your pipeline. Applications, versions and deliverables are agreed before work begins.
An example delivery

06 / BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few practical details.
What do you need for an estimate?+
Start with the service, approximate shot count, deadline and a short description. We can then discuss reference frames, lens grids, camera metadata, surveys or rigs as the scope requires.
What affects turnaround and pricing?+
Shot length and complexity, motion blur, occlusion, lens characteristics, reference quality, rig requirements and review milestones all affect the work. We assess these before agreeing an estimate.
Can you work with our delivery requirements?+
Include your preferred applications, versions, units, frame ranges and naming conventions. We use 3DEqualizer4, PFTrack, SynthEyes, Autodesk Maya, Nuke and Autodesk RV according to the shot. RV and pipeline tools support review and handoff, with Flow Production Tracking integration where the production uses it.
How are revisions handled?+
We agree the review stages and included revision scope with the estimate. Changes to the original brief are discussed before proceeding.
Can we share confidential footage?+
Please contact us first to discuss an NDA and a suitable transfer method. The initial enquiry form is for a short brief and does not accept footage uploads.
